This petition asks the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to enforce Louisiana state law and ensure Tony is released to a reputable sanctuary.
“Louisiana Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries publicly stated it intends to enforce Louisiana law when litigation has concluded–although they could seize Tony now. State law bars Sandlin from owning and exhibiting a tiger because he did not legally own Tony when Louisiana’s big cat ban went into effect, and because Sandlin does not live on the premises where Tony is held captive.”*

Free Tony The Tiger 
I cant believe he is not free yet….is no one over in the US taking any notice of the thousands of people from all over the world who have petitioned to free him!!! He needs to be in his own environment 😒😒😒😒
Tony is an innocent animal. He’s never done anything wrong or cruel. So why should he have to endure all the wrongs and cruelty aimed at him. This has to end.
This is utterly ridiculous and how IGNORANT of people knowing that cats need MILES of territory in their natural environment WHERE THEY BELONG!!!
PLEASE STOP exploiting this innocent BEAUTIFUL creature with NO VOICE to be heard……………………….if there is any compassion in your body, you
will give this animal his FREEDOM into the right hands!
As I live in Australia I can’t sign this particular petition,I have signed others ,by renewing Mr.Sandlins permit the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries have betrayed this beautiful , animal and resigned him to a life of misery ,confined in a concrete box,show some compassion and stop pussy footing around ,before it is too late-free-Tony.

This poor tiger should not be thus exploited for material gain; it’s simply a deplorable and inappropriate situation for him. Whatever subspecies he may be, it scarcely matters: there are more qualified people willing to take him. Is the “owner” more concerned with the cat, or himself?
I pray that Tony is able to be free and out of that cage one day. He deserves to be somewhere safe and where he’s able to be a tiger not in a cage like an attraction at a circus.
